2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and electronic handling standards, including:

Opened packaging without all accessories

Damaged products caused by customer misuse

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

4. Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days once the returned product is received and inspected.

EasyPaisa / JazzCash refunds are sent to the original account.

COD refunds are transferred via EasyPaisa or JazzCash after confirmation.
5. Return Shipping

If the error is on our side (e.g., damaged or wrong item), BassLine Audio covers shipping.

If the customer changes their mind, shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
6. Exchanges
